La vraie confiserie - une architecture sophistiquée de saveurs sucrées et de textures - fait partie du patrimoine gastronomique d'excellence de la France. Elle est sophistiquée, variée, n'interprète que des matières 1ères de toute première qualité en d'infinies variantes. Elle est donc plutôt élitiste et…, onéreuse. Si elle est Bio elle trouve plus facilement des consommateurs avertis et disposant du pouvoir d'achat nécessaire à rémunérer cette qualité. Néanmoins son exportation - son internationalisation -  reste très délicate car le patrimoine sucré s'inscrit très tôt et profondément dans la bibliothèque sensorielle, gustative de l'humain et conditionne son goût à jamais. D'où l'abondance dans les rayons de "junk confectioneries" industrielles banalisées qui ne sont que la compilation flatteuse d'agents sucrants et aromatiques liés par des matières grasses.

In conclusion,  thanks to this agreement with an international distributor, the French bio chocolaterie added one more link to its international network.

However, the partnership needs to be consolidated by commercial success before being expanded; This is the whole stakes of this test phase.
